The location is unbeatable and the room was nice. The fitness center at the hotel was truly incredible and I was very impressed by both the valet and front desk staff.

This was a wonderful hotel, very clean, great location, great views, the room had a space for me to work which was great for my trip, bed and linens were clean and comfy.

Great location, nice room and loved the sprayer in shower . Also our room was serviced even on a two day stay. Some places don’t do that .

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with a booking issue from another site and they took care of it. Also called me by name which was nice. Thank you !

Really friendly staff at checkin and checkout, happy to look after my bag during the day so I got to get a full extra day in Charlotte before my flight, bar staff were also great conversation in the evening
